Another way to get coupons...

People always ask me "where do you get all your coupons" and I have a lot of answers for that.  One is to write companies and tell them you love their products and they often mail you back coupons.  GO HERE for a list of companies you can write to.  Most couponers will write 5 to 15 companies a week.  I have just started doing this myself and I'm waiting for the coupons to start showing up in my mailbox.

    What I do is write a short letter to the company stating that I love their product and why, how I use it and that I only buy it when I have a coupon. Make sure to have your address and name on the letter you send and not just the envelope. Other couponers have told me that they get better coupons or more of them when they personalize the letter instead of doing a form type letter. I have just started doing this myself so I will work on making more posts about it and putting up samples of my letters. Thanks - Mary Wirtz
