Buy-Low Double Coupon Week

Sorry that I did not have the coupon match-ups up for double coupon week at Buy-Low.  I was anticipating it to be next week which is the second week of July but it was this week.  But actually, I really can't find any great deals.  I went to today and left without buying anything.  If anyone else found any great deals please post them by leaving a comment below.

    I went today and got a couple of things. I got 3 Musketeers and Skittles for free. The 3 Musketeers were on sale 5/$2. I used 2 $.50/2 coupons (which double to 2/$1), so those were free. They had the same sale on the Skittles. I only had one 2/$.50 coupon, so I just got 2 for free of those. I also picked up Ivory soap. It was on sale 2/$3. I used 2 $.50 off coupons, so those were $1 for all. The Yoplait yogurt was a decent deal. It was on sale 10/$6. I bought 12 and used two $.40 off 6 coupons. It was kind of a poor trip for double coupon week, but that's how it goes sometimes! :) Walgreen's looks like it will be well worth the trip Sunday, so I'm looking forward to that.

    Herbal Essences was $2 and I still had 4 $1 coupons. The small Pillsbury crescent rolls and grands are $1 and I use $.40 off 2 doubled and got them for $.60 each. Huggies 72 count $1.99 with a $.50 coupon doubled for $.99. Blueberries are $.99 a pint limit 6. I had $.50 off Always pantiliners $1.09 paid $.09. There store brand shredded cheese is $1.25. I used 3 $1 off bounty napkins and got the small pack for $.49 each after coupon. Thank God I saved 3 they are $1 at Schnucks (got 3 free today).

    I went shopping at buy low last night with my coupons and I was very pleased with my outcome. I was able to get weber marinades which were 79 with the coupons on i had for 1 dollar off of any weber seasoning. i had 42 of those coupons. So those were completely free. I had 20 each of the herbal essence coupons. One was one dollar of of any herbal essence sham/cond. they were on sale for 200 a bottle. the other coupon was 300 off any herbal essence or aussie styler. Aussie carries their 3 minute miracle conditions for 319 so with the coupons i was able to get them for .19 cents. I ended up getting 20 shampoo/conditions and 20 styler products for less than $24.00. The coupons wouldn't actually scan, but they work and i knew they would since i work office at one of the stores. I also had 21 of the 3 musketeer candy bars coupons, which got me 42 candy bars for only the tax. All together between two buylow stores, I saved almost $150.00 with all of my coupons. So i thought that this was a pretty good week.

    Double coupon week at Buy-Low is the second week of the month and ended yesterday. It's pretty much the only store we have locally that doubles coupons. There is a Kroger in Owensboro that doubles everyday.
