Go to the website below and sign up for their emails. Then about every 4 or 5 days you will get an email with a list of items you can get for free. From there pick out what you want and click the link and fill out the information. I started this about 3 weeks ago and I'm already getting stuff in the mail. So far I have gotten all kinds of maxi pads and lotions. I think it's fun. I have my oldest son open the mail and he likes getting to see what's inside. I just tell him the maxi pads are large bandaids. Check it out.
