High Risk Of Storms Tomorrow

So why in the world am I talking about storms on a couponing blog?  Because couponers have the skills to be prepared for disasters.  We know to buy ahead, to buy in bulk to stockpile and most of us store our stockpile in a closet or basement.  With the storms coming our way tomorrow think about taking some time today to go through your stockpile and create an emergency bag.  I have a little bookcase in a corner of our basment that has gallon water jugs, a first aid kit, flashlights and food which were all purchased from couponing.  Another important point I want to make is to think about where you keep your stockpile.  If you have the option to store it in a storm safe place, please do so.  I know some people don't have a basement or a closet in the center of their home but you may be able to fill a duffle bag of supplies and keep in the trunk of your car.  Some couponers even divide up their stockpile so it is not stored all in one area of their home in case of fire or floods.  Stay safe everyone.
