Target has changed their coupon policy

I just printed 20 of my coupon class handouts with all the stores coupon policy's included and then I find out that Target changed their coupon policy today.  Mostly they just addressed B1G1 free coupons and everything else has remained the same.  To see the new updated policy GO HERE.  To read more about the changes and how it effects you as a couponer please go to Totally Target's website HERE to read her post on it.
